• Collection and Use: PB Pools will collect and use customer identifiable information for locating the appropriate Pinnacle pool dealer, to generate a quote for Do-it-yourself kit pricing, or to create and inform you of products and services that better meet your needs. This means that PB Pools may use your customer identifiable information, in conjunction with information available from other sources, to market new services that we think will be of interest to you, but we will not disclose your customer identifiable information to third parties who want to market products to you.
• SECURITY - TRANSMISSION AND STORAGE OF ORDER DATA INCLUDING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION:,When you place an order with us, your data is sent to us in an encrypted form using state of the art encryption techniques utilizing the highest encryption standards available. We do not store your credit card data on the internet server after your order has been processed. It is stored on our local computer which employs strict security measures.
• NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTIONS:Unless you opt-in to receive our newsletter, our only correspondence with you via email will be in regard to notifying you of your order status. Newsletter subscriptions are not automatic - the default is set to "do not send" when you sign up or place an order.
