When PBPools LLC uses other agents, contractors or companies to perform services on its behalf, PBPools LLC will ensure that the company protects your customer identifiable information consistent with this Policy.
Collection and Use: PBPools LLC will collect and use customer identifiable information for locating the appropriate Pinnacle pool dealer, to generate a quote for Do-it-yourself kit pricing, or to create and inform you of products and services that better meet your needs. This means that PBPools LLC may use your customer identifiable information, in conjunction with information available from other sources, to market new services that we think will be of interest to you, but we will not disclose your customer identifiable information to third parties who want to market products to you.
SECURITY - TRANSMISSION AND STORAGE OF ORDER DATA INCLUDING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION: When you place an order with us, your data is sent to us in an encrypted form using state of the art encryption techniques utilizing the highest encryption standards available. We do not store your credit card data on the internet server after your order has been processed. It is stored on our local computer which employs strict security measures.
NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTIONS: Unless you opt-in to receive our newsletter, our only correspondence with you via email will be in regard to notifying you of your order status. Newsletter subscriptions are not automatic - the default is set to "do not send" when you sign up or place an order. Our double-opt-in sign up process makes it impossible for anyone to receive our newsletter without purposely requesting it. When we send out newsletters, there will always be a link to quickly opt-out, which will be instantly recorded and honored.

Swimming pool kitâ€™s must be unloaded by the customers receiving the order. This is not the responsibility of the trucking company.
The shipping company will deliver the Pool Kit in shrink wrapped pallet form, curb side, as close to your home as possible. However, at the discretion of the delivery company the truck driver may chose to deliver your order to a different location if restricted by neighborhood regulations or if location is rural and inaccessible by truck. It is your responsibility to unload the pool kit. The driver may help, but is not required to. Any storage fees, if you cannot accept the shipment in a timely manner, are the customerâ€™s responsibility.
Dependent upon your order, pool kits may arrive to you in multiple shipments.
The customer MUST check for shipping damage before the truck driver leaves. If damage is found have the truck driver note it on the BOL and have the driver sign it. After damage is found take a picture of damage and bol and send to us.Â During inventory it is important to verify all items and quantity of items listed on the packing slip. Any missing items should be declared before the shipper leaves. If the customer fails to conduct a complete inventory of all items, then the customer will be responsible to purchase any items that were missing. The customer must complete inventory of the pool kit and notify us within 2 days of any shorted items.
Please take time to create an account with us. This will speed up the process if you decide to make a purchase. Your information will not be sold and will only be used for us or the shipping company to contact you to arrange shipping of your pool. YOUR ACCOUNT If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. PBPools LLC does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use PBPools LLC.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. PBPools LLC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Payment by Credit Card
However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. When paying for a preorder with a debit card you will be charged at the time you place your preorder. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information. Validating Your Order After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card. Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and PBPools LLC reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PBPools LLC will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
UPS Shipping method
UPS estimates transit time by business days. Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, the actual delivery date may be different than the estimated transit time. Orders will ship the next day except on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday then shipping will take place on Monday. Add 1 business day for orders placed after 10:00PM central time. Other shipping question can be look up at UPS Use our shipping Estimator for shipping charges for inground swimming pools and above ground swimming pools. To reiceve a more accurate shipping quote for pool kits it is best to create an account with us. Our above ground pools and inground pools are shipped by 18 wheel truck. Phone numbers required for delivery of pools. We will need two phone number from you to deliver your new pool to you. Your numbers will only be used by PBPools LLC and the shipping company to contact you about shipping or other matters only involving your purchase. It is suggested that you have at least 3 people to help you unload your pool kit from the trucking company. All other items will be shipped UPS. You can recieve a quote for UPS shipping by using our shipping estimator. You do not have to create an account for accurate UPS shipping charges.
MISSING AND-DAMAGED ITEMS
INGROUND SWIMMING POOL & ABOVE GROUND POOLS MISSING AND-DAMAGED ITEMS: Report any missing and/or damaged items before the shipper leaves. All damaged items must have a return authorization number before they can be returned. If you see damage to an item show the truck driver before they leave. If you notice the damage after they leave take picture of the damage and e-mail to us. PBPools LLC is not responsible for damages caused by the shipping company.
Custom and Large Items Custom and Large Items: with shipping included cannot be returned. Cancellations on orders are charged a 35% restocking. All special/custom ordered have a 25% fee. PBPools LLC will have the Manufacturer quickly and correctly fix or replace the item or items that are defective.
PBPools LLC does not sell any used or refurbished products. All products are new and come with a full manufacturer warranty. In the unlikely event you feel you have a defective product; please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. Feel free to contact us by email if you require assistance. If the warranty involves shipping to the manufacturer for repair, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. PBPools LLC does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are through the manufacturer. PBPools LLC expressly disclaims liability for any injury, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective, and that obligation is limited.
Once PBPools LLC ships an order it can not be canceled. We incur shipping costs after pickup which the buyer is responsible for. There are no exceptions. To avoid charges it is the buyer's responsibility to contact PBPools LLC immediately following mistakes made during checkout. All cancellation requests MUST be sent to cancellations@PBPools LLC.com. We can not guarantee cancellations sent to our general mailbox.
Returns of non-defective (unused and un-installed) merchandise to PBPools LLC are permitted within 10 days of invoice date with prior approval. Returns to PBPools LLC must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Please email us to obtain a return form and return approval number prior to ALL returns. All returns MUST be accompanied by a return form and return approval number. Items returned without a return form and return approval number will be refused. Return approval numbers are item specific and are only good for the item they were issued to. The returned item must match the item authorized for return. Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in re-sellable condition and include all literature, warranty cards etc.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied on all returned orders. Special order products may only be returned if damage occurs during shipping. Special orders can not be returned for refund. They can only be replaced. PBPools LLC will credit buyer's account for the full amount of the returned item less all applicable charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. All returns must be sent via UPS or Federal Express. We suggest you insure your returns. PBPools LLC is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipment. At PBPools LLC we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality pool supplies at the lowest possible prices. We however reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Possession of printed material downloaded from our website does not constitute a binding agreement. Customers are frequently notified prior to completing their order to confirm information and correct pricing errors such as sales tax omissions for California shipment destinations.
